Update: I want to update my rating for this company to a 5 STAR Review due to the fact that they reached out to me with great customer service. Not a lot of company’s reach out to their customers but HEELXN did and I do appreciate that!! They arranged to issue a full refund for my order directly due to the issues I was having. Not only did that do that for me BUT they also mentioned no need to return the whole unit back to them so that also saves me time and money driving to a UPS Store!! Another reason I changed my rating was that they offered me an Amazon gift card as compensation! We finally got our own backyard for our dogs to run around and play so we don’t need this type of unit at this very moment but If I needed to get another wireless fencing or If I had to recommend a company to a friend for a wireless dog fence… this would be my go to company due to the amazing customer service I was given. This company went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and in the end this was a grate experience although my unit might’ve came defective… I definitely understand that sometimes these issues can happen and technology isn’t always perfect on each individual product… :) I am one happy customer!! ________________________________ We bought for two of our big dogs that kept getting out of the backyard fence when we went to work. The collars kept dogs in the fence but the dogs would ball up in one spot in our backyard majority of the day and would rarely leave from that area unless they were thirsty, hungry or we were home. We had set up cameras to see how dogs were doing with the collars on. We tested both collars for a good couple hrs before actually placing them on the dogs the first couple days but seemed dogs weren’t enjoying themselves and were more scared to move around the yard then to just be dogs and enjoy themselves. My advise is to test them out in your yard for a couple days before just trying them out on your pets. Set some sticks up or markings so you and pets know where boundaries are set for the invisible fence. We’ve had them for about a good 10 months now and we probably used them for a good 3-4 months but don’t use them anymore because of the experience of sensitivity shocks the dogs were having. Sounds would be going off whether or not they were walking or chilling. Maybe we had a defective set from the start… idk but at this point I’m feeling like it was more of a waste in money instead of a help. Read more

Updated to reflect a one star rating. One of my collars stopped working. It would randomly start beeping and now just won’t charge at all. I was told I had a warranty on these collars and the system but I have sent countless emails only to be ignored. I should have just bought a petsafe system and bypassed this. There’s a reason it’s so cheap compared to others. Sure it works if you can get it to last longer than a few months. It annoys me the most that I was promised an extended warranty for “registering” my system by emailing them, only for them to be MIA when I need to replace a collar. Will not be purchasing again. I was very impressed with the customer service for this system. Almost immediately after I emailed the company they had replied and addressed every question I had. I purchased 2 collars along with an extra collar, and the pairing was seamless. I also appreciate the extended warranty! In a world where a lot of times customer service is lacking, I was very happy with them. We live on a farm and this allows me to let the dogs hang out outside without worrying about them chasing cows, or wandering too far. Ordered this as a replacement for my other. My dog is a fence jumper so she goes on adventures. Setup was easy. Although perimeter measurements still throw me off and it keeps randomly... it works. My dog listens and stays where she should when it's turned on. Read more

We bought this product because we have a very curious, large (100lb), dog that ways finds a way out of our fence. This wireless dog fence has been a life saver. We set the base in a central location in our home (our kitchen), then extended the radius until it reached the boundaries of our back yard, which was enough to also cover the whole interior of the house and the portion of the front yard we allow our dog in. The training was easy to do, we just walked our dog around the perimeter and allowed him to hear the beep that sounds when you’re close to crossing the line. Since setting this up, our dog has remained in the designated area even when people are passing by. When he hears a beep, he turns around and heads back towards the center of the boundary. No more chasing rabbits for hours, no more coming home covered in mud and god knows what else. Just a happy dog, who knows his boundaries and is able to run and play within them. Read more

It took some time to figure ot out, then found that the collars weren't working. They would beep and vibrate, but wouldn't shock. Contacted CS, they immediately said they would send out 2 replacement collars. The base charged fully the first time, but once it needed to be re charged, it wouldn't charge. Think it was a short in the charging port. Contacted the seller again. They hadn't sent collars yet, so they just sent me a whole new set. On e we received it, we got it set up and programmed, and has been working fine. We just use it on one of our dogs, as she is an escape artist. It took a few times for her to know to run back to the house to get the shock to stop, as opposed to running further away or trying to hide. The base and collar will beep randomly, which puts my dog on full alert. We're to the point ready that we only turn it on when we leave, take it off when we're home, but at night (her favorite time to escape) just putting the collar on without turning it on, works just fine for keeping her from leaving the yard. Great, prompt, customer service, they stand behind their product and make sure you have a working unit. Product works great once you get it figured out.
