I get carpal tunnel with my right hand every few months. I have a Velcro attached band that I use and it works well. I got these as backups since I can't always find that one. These are meh. Pros: + they do compress. Other reviewers noted that they can be a bit tight. I have small wrists for a guy so it didn't bother me as much when they worked + Soft material + Provide a decent level of support when they stay put (but see Con below). Cons: - They don't stay 'extended', but rather end up bunching up into a smaller band on my wrist which lowers the level of support. I'd say they'd be better if the material was less slippery on the inside - bunching up defeats the purpose of these. - When they bunch up, they seem to get tighter yet also provide less support. I have small wrists and I'm happy these actually have a snug fit. Most other wrist braces in this style are too big on me. For reference, my wrist circumference is just under 6 inches (~5.8 inches). While I prefer the wrist braces that have thumb holes, the rubber/seams around the thumb hike ends up rubbing my skin causing irritation when I wear them overnight and the brace usually doesn't go far enough past the wrist. I like that these braces cover more of my arm so that there's enough coverage on each side of the joint to help better stabilize the wrists. Read more
These wrist compression sleeves are a synthetic black stretchy material. Not very thin, but not as stiff and strong as I would prefer for achy wrists. I have medium sized hands and small but not tiny wrists. These fit easily, while still providing compression. Perhaps if larger wrists and hands would have a bit more compression due to stretchy material. A good pair for warmer weather and as a backup for the office. I tend to need a wrist sleeve after a weekend of yardwork and pruning trees or weeding with a tool. I appreciate that the pack came as a set of 2 sleeves instead of needing to buy them individually. I had my girlfriend try these wrist compression sleeves to see if they could help her get feeling back into her hands from a work-related injury. She liked them for a little while, but unfortunately they started to get too tight on her wrists, making her veins pop out of her wrists and hands. She had to take them off since they were cutting off circulation and didn't really help get feeling back into her hands. The sleeves do provide good support and compression, but they aren't for everybody. They weren't comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The fit was tight on her wrists - it would be nice if there were different size ranges for people with different wrist sizes. They definitely stay in place and don't move around, which is good. The material seems to be breathable and you can still move your wrists and hands around normally with them on. Unfortunately, there wasn't any pain relief or improvement for her situation. However, the quality is really good and they seem to be very durable. They're also easy to wash. The value is decent for the price, but it would be a nice addition if they offered different sizes for different wrist sizes. 3 out of 5 stars - good product but may be too tight for some users. I gave this JUSDIQIR Wrist Compression Sleeve three stars because, while it provides a snug fit, it didn't feel like it did much for my actual pain or recovery. The material is a synthetic, breathable elastic that is easy to wash and durable enough for daily use. It provides a decent amount of surface compression and stays in place well without sliding around during movement. However, the sleeve lacks the structural support or stiffness needed for serious achy wrists or injuries like carpal tunnel. It is essentially a one-size-fits-all rectangle of elastic that can feel too tight for some, potentially cutting off circulation or causing tingling in the fingers, while feeling too lightweight for others. I have large, but not overly large wrists and after about 5 minutes I was starting to get a tingling sensation in my fingers, which isn't a great sign. Definitely not one size fits all. The quality is maybe 4 star. The material looks decent and there is no seem on the side which is good, but the top and bottom seams are uneven. Fit (for me) is a 1 star, but might be a 3-4 star for an adult woman or 4-5 star for a teenage. For someone with slender wrists, this is worth purchasing. If you have to question if your wrists are slender enough, they probably aren't. Read more
Unfortunately, one size does not fit all in this situation. I used it and I was happy that it provided very minimal support but enough warmth to wear it while sleeping, but it ended up on my nightstand within five minutes, as it was too tight on my wrist and was restricting blood flow and making my hand numb. The quality looks fine and may have a been a great product, but other than the sizing issue, this compression sleeve would have been a great value for money. Read more
The wrist braces do provide some support but not as much as I’d like. I think the ones that wrap around the thumb provide more. They are tight, as needed for such a product, but begin to hike up as I wear them. I am an average size woman and they fit pretty well but wouldn’t be good for people with thick wrists or heavy arms. My bigger husband tried them and they were too tight and hiked up right away. The black color hides dirt and you can keep them in the ziplock pouch they came in. It’s nice to get a pair together and the price is modest, so if you’re average sized like me you may want to take a chance on them. Read more
