The malfunction is on the legs of the desks. When lowering the desk, the left side doesn’t go as low as the right side. There’s a huge difference in it’s height which causes the desk to be lopsided. I requested a replacement and it came in fast which I’m grateful for. However, what’s upsetting is that upon reading the label return. I’m now expected to take this desk myself to the UPS store and it’s pretty heavy for me. I really don’t know what to do. I’m going to see if the company will be able to send UPS to come and pick this up. It’s only fair as I’m only going through this due to their malfunctioning item. I love this desk I wish I would have gotten it earlier It is excellent I only gave it a four because the drill hole that is for the desk adjustment unit one of the holes was worn out before I put it together and so I was only able to screw in one side of the unit because the hole was stripped other than that this desk is a 👍 awesome Christmas gift you would really make someone happy especially if they've been talking about it or if you this is a more of a productive scale I love this desk.
