Soft
So soft. Not thick enough for me on hard floors, so I make a fold when needed for my knees, but still a much better experience than using traditional yoga mats. I didn't expect to say this, but it's true that it smells great and that it makes practicing yoga a little nicer. I also like that it can be stored flat. I might get a second one to solve the thickness/hard floors issue. Read more
Beautiful work of art
My last time yoga mat came from a very well-known work out brand and it smelled so strongly of chemicals. I wanted something organic and natural with a good vibration that could deepen my practice instead of distracting from it. This mat is gorgeous! It’s high quality, woven tightly with cotton, has beautiful colors and feels nice on your skin. I want to purchase more and have a feeling going back to conventional mats would be difficult. This is the Best Yoga Rug I've Bought, and I Bought A Lot
I practice and teach hot yoga. Yoga rugs are my mat cover of choice. They are strong, natural, stylish, and last a long time. A long time, but not forever. They all begin to fray. So over the years I have been through a bunch of them. I have to say, this is easily the best yoga rug I've bought, and. It looks great. It is sturdy. It absorbs sweat very well and stays grippy. It looks awesome. I use this multiple times a week, and wash as much and it holds up very well. I just wish they had more colors! Read more

I love this mat and will never go back to that plastic feel
I didn't realize what a difference this mat would make. I had the regular yoga mats for years but they degrade and start to fall apart after a while. I wanted something that wasn't so sticky either. I also read that being on a more natural material helps ground you more so I wanted to try that out. It actually does feel way more comfortable. It's longer than my other mats which I love being really tall. I love the color, it's easy to wash and hang dry to keep the shape. It is wearing really well and it just looks good too which is very inviting to stretch on. I was so excited to find it at the price I did which was under $50 with shipping. It's a bit more of investment than other cheap yoga mats you find at Marshalls but it is so worth it. I'm on the mat way more than I was on my other mats. It rolls up well and doesn't have that plastic smell that seems to last forever. I plan on getting a second one and putting them side by side to stretch more. I'm so happy with this purchase.
