Great mat, but not for me and my vertigo
This is truly a fantastic yoga mat! The non-slip grip is excellent—it stays perfectly in place and gives me great stability during all poses. The cushioning is just right, supportive without being too thick, and overall the quality feels very durable. I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable yoga mat. The only challenge I personally had was with the pattern—when I looked down at it during certain poses, I experienced some vertigo. That’s more of a personal sensitivity issue, though, and not a flaw in the mat itself. If you’re not sensitive to patterns, this mat is honestly perfect! Read more

I actually wanted to give this a 4.5. Nice product. Thickness is good for comfort. Measurements are a bit off (only 83" after being open for a day) and while the extra inch would have been better for me, the overall size is good enough to meet my needs. Read more

i really didn't like it for what I needed it for. its fine for stationary stretching and doesnt seem like it would rip or anything. but it stretches sooo much like its just not stable or good for actual yoga. Read more
