Worked great then broke! Sound machine lasted only a year and a half and they do not warranty past a year. It sounds like a train now, tried to troubleshoot and fix on my own and it still has a loud terrible hum to it and is no longer useable. Expensive item to break after such a short time. Read more

I learned about this sound machine with the built-in fan at a baby store and immediately knew I needed one for myself. I highly recommend this model to anyone who prefers the sound of a real fan but doesn't want to run a fan or doesn't have one with a satisfying pitch and volume, or folks who can't stand the artificial, tinny, or obvious looping of digital white noise equivalents. I use it all night to help block out my snoring partner and cats, and now many hours of the day as well that we have a baby sleeping in our room. While it may not have quite as many extra features as some of the brand's other models, the natural fan sound is best for me and I greatly appreciate the customizability of the pitch and volume. For me, it is absolutely worth the price and helps improve this very light sleeper's sleep. The night light is very useful too, especially now with a newborn in the room with us. I have a couple "wishes" for this item -- that there were smaller steps between volume levels and that the buttons on top had some kind of tactile indication so you could identify them more easily in the dark -- but aside from that I am very satisfied with this machine and will happily purchase one again if needed in the future. Good quality sound machine. Gets loud and I like that you can adjust the tone/pitch of the noise. I prefer this to the speaker based sound machines - there’s just something nice about the real fan noise. The night light is a great level of brightness for our small nursery and the count down timer is nice to have, though we haven’t used it much. Read more

UPDATE *** I reached out to YogaSleep and they promptly got back to me and offered to replace both machines. Their customer service is excellent and I will forever be a yoga sleep customer. The sound of this machine far exceeds the Hatch Rest and is much more peaceful. I LOVED the sound of the dohm yogasleep. It has more dimension than a lot of the other sound machines out there, and the nightlight was perfect when we needed it. I had one in our nursery for our son, and one in our room. After only 6 months of use, the sound machine in our sons room has stopped working. Thinking it was a faulty machine, I took the one from our room, and replaced the one in the nursery. That also has stopped working. Literally within a week of one another both of these machines have stopped working. The nighlight is still working on both, but the fan will not power on. I am so disappointed that after spending $140 on both of these, I can no longer use either of them. I would not waste your money on this item. It's fantastic for a few months, and then stops working. I love this sound machine. I live n an apartment where you hear noises from neighbors all around you Then on top of that there is an express highway beside the apartment building. You can hear every car whiz by. Some much louder than others. Makes it hard to sleep. I purchased this machine in hopes of better sleeping. I can sleep now. This machine just hums me to sleep, never hearing the noises from outside my apartment. What a blessing!!! Read more
