Before installing and using each phone holder, I carefully read the operating instructions and watched a video provided by the seller (if any). It is worth mentioning that YRU's instructions are clear and easy to understand, allowing you to quickly understand the best use of the product. If you have other questions that are not mentioned, they also have 24-hour online customer service to help(5-year product warranty!! ) 1. Bendable Support Arm a) Highlights: * The structure of the aluminum alloy core wrapped with plastic outside improves durability and wear resistance compared to plastic materials. The combination of the metal core support structure and protective plastic embodies the balance of flexibility and firmness (this is a good inspiration). **Flexible and adjustable. This fits almost the majority of car models. It is not a fixed shape and has a certain range of variation. I use it to keep my phone stable at a low position below my sight, without blocking the view outside the windshield, and see the navigation route or hands-free calls on my phone more closely. b) Personal experience: When using it for the first time, it takes little force to change, and you can refer to the pictures and videos on the page to make changes. Fine fibers must be removed; otherwise, air enters and is unable to stick. In addition, I browsed the comments before purchasing and found that there were individual cases in which the suction cup was not sticky. I consulted the YRU customer service and asked for the reason why the cleaning power was very strong. If the car has not been cleaned for a long time, the dust in the gap of the dash is removed after removing the suction cup. ** Press--The support arm comes with a supporting silicone pad, which can prevent the phone from shaking violently when passing through bumpy roads, but you need to press hard when installing the suction cup, and the position of the silicone pad may squeeze the space and cause uneven pressing. It is necessary to adjust the position of the silicone pad flexibly and check whether the suction cup is in full contact with the mounting surface. *** Wait--After installing the suction cup, for maximum suction, I left it for 24 hours before trying to support anything. During this time, the adhesive on the suction cup could fully adhesive the installation surface. 3.
