I mean, god damn the first night I out this on (and it is over my thin memory foam topper) I waited to not get in my bed until I was ready for sleep. I laid down and don’t remember anything but waking up. My Apple Watch gave me a 99 for my sleep score (been a minute since that has occurred), improving my sleep quality as I am able to stay asleep, I don’t feel added heat or coolness, it is just comfortable. The pockets are huge and fit over, as I mentioned, my mattress and the previous 2inch memory foam topper. I only left mine out for half a day and just fluffed it and shook it really good. There was no unpleasant odor like I’ve had with previous toppers or pillows. I feel I have sufficient support I was lacking prior when sleeping, especially with my back. I like the bit of padding these give a firm mattress. Surprisingly it takes the edge off and helps achy hips for me being a side sleeper. I purchased this one for my camper bed. Our entire house has these on the beds as the comfort level and sleep quality is improved with this on the bed. The thickness makes a big difference without having to purchase a pillow top mattress. Thank goodness for this topper! A few months ago I bought a very cheap mattress under $100 it was thin and hard as a rock. I just got this topper straight out the box it fluffed and it made my bed feel like a different mattress. It also raised it quite nicely, it has the same feeling of a medium softness pillow. Once I go to the laundromat I will throw it in the dryer to see if it fluffs up more a tiny section didn't fluff up as the rest did. Could be because I went to sleep on it 2hrs after getting it, and I didn't wait the 24/48 hrs fluff time. I bought this topper because it was the most inexpensive one and I picked a winner!! Super comfy, but it’s the opposite of cooling! Get this is you want more warmth, definitely not for cooling. It’s also a little small for my queen size bed, the edges don’t line up so it looks unkempt when the bed is made. Read more
