Quality. slight gripe tho
Great unit. Wish the remote had a screen or the screen were easier to see when laying in bed so temps/settings were easier to control. Otherwise works great. Much better than the one installed in the unit for sure Read more

This a/c definitely worth the buy it came in early. It's very quiet great air flow cooled down my living room. The remote control work great it take batteries. This is a compacted unit so it doesn't take up alot of space so I love the size. This is worth the buy Read more
More like 8000btu
The media could not be loaded. Fails to cool a 280 SQ ft room. Idk if I'm doing something wrong but only cool me area in front of my bed. Also compressor been randomly shutting down then restarting. Update 7/16 Left unit running all afternoon long while I was at baseball practice, hoping I get home to a nice cool room. Turns out compressor wasn't running and it's been blowing hot 90 degree air. I'd pick something else, for sure
Its not a bad rating exactly for the product as much as--its performance for said space it was supposed to cool. 1 10x15 room didn't even cool by itself with this. Now I have a lot of tech running in that room but, given its stats by description? It'd have figured it would have at least done the job even mediocre but... it didn't. Decent features, wasn't overly noisy, but manual vent control was also a huge negative for me too. Read more

This little ac is wonderful. Bought it for a camping trip as a backup ac. It’s pretty quiet and really does a great job. We will see how it does on our trip. Stay tuned. Read more

I’m very happy with the unit itself. It works very well, although I’ve only used the cooling mode. That works very very well. Having said that, after about a week and a half of using the unit, my remote control just stopped working. Tried to do batteries and have everything I could possibly do to no avail. Having to get in touch with somebody was quite a hassle and took quite a lot of time. They are sending me a new one. Read more
