It's loud and I wouldn't mind the sound if it was constant. The cool turns on and off all night and it wakes me up. Only the fan stays on all night, which is obviously just air and no AC. Also sounds like something rattling in the unit. Very hard to sleep like that. We have a heat wave right now, over 90, and our small bedroom is still hot. Cold air can be felt when you put your hand right on it, but doesn't cool the room down even at the lowest temp. Water full light has never come on. Also received damaged, a big dent in the front. Total waste of money, we're going back to our window air conditioner. Too bad I can't return it. Read more

This air conditioner blows really well is very cold air but I don't believe it is a 10,000 BTU as it claims to be I have an 8,000 BTU that cools my bedroom way quicker and a lot better it's a good air conditioner but I believe it struggles to keep up I recommend it if you only have a couple hundred dollars to spend on it but for a couple hundred more you can get a way better air conditioner Read more

It’s not 10,000BTU

Ok so after running it for a few hours while it’s on its own dedicated 30amp breaker the unit has had surges. Like it shuts off for a second and then draws a lot of power to start back up. Also they say it’s 10,000 btu which is most definitely a lie. I should be able to cool down a small room but it pushes out no colder then 68 degree air. It’s most likely a 2500btu system. Also why the hell would the designer have 2 ports for water. And not accurately state which one does what. I have water coming out of both of them. And sleep mode is stupid loud still. I would give 1 star but it is easy to install. And helps a little. Don’t waste your money unless you’re desperate for a little bit cooler air like I was. Don’t spend less then $500 on a unit if you want good cold air Read more
