If this had been more expensive, I would have subtracted more stars but for what you pay for, the stuff you get is decent. The shower caddy is nice, and I like how there's room for all my products. It's the perfect height for me, however, the suction cups are worthless. I've tried them dry, with water, nothing works. Might as well not have them on there. The over-the-door hooks are good. I like that you can hang multiple things on them, however it does scratch up your door if you re-position it. For example I put it over my closet door but then decided to move it to the back of the bathroom door. When I removed it, it left a HUGE scratch mark on my closet door. The over-the-toilet space saver wasn't too impressive. It's pretty flimsy and unless you bolt it to the walls it tips and moves. Also, it was a pain to put together. The directions were poorly written and the countersunk holes were on the wrong side of the tubes. Over all, if you can afford something nicer then go with it. Otherwise, this gets the job done. We had high hopes for this bathroom storage set, but we found ourselves very disappointed. The only positives are the door hook and shower caddy. They are decent and work well. I'm pleased that the door hooks have padding to protect the door, and the shower caddy has rubber to protect your shower head and keep it in place. The storage rack is another story. It is flimsy, and leaves much to be desired. The assembly instructions are a bit confusing, but we figured things out. One reason the instructions were so confusing is the alignment of holes on the support rods. Well, one of the holes in the upper rod was drilled on the wrong side. So it required us having to drill a hole on the other side, so we could apply the screw. And of course that now leaves a visible hole that the manufacturer made in error. We triple checked to make sure the rods were in the right spot, hoping the mistake was ours, but nope. It's theirs. Poor quality assurance. Once the rack is assembled, it is usable, but just plain weak. Once you screw it into the wall, it adds some rigidity, but it still shimmies a bit and the shelves still give with any weight. It's just way too flimsy for the cost. The finish looks good, and I hope it holds up. We just hoped for more. Read more

Easy to assemble. Unlike the units received by some reviewers, mine had all the right holes, screws, and parts and I found the instructions to be adequate. Instead of asking my husband to put it together as I usually do, I did it myself. That alone is a testament to how easy it is. I'm certainly not stupid, but assembling things is not my strong suit. But once it was put together, I was entirely unimpressed. I had intended to use it in the master bathroom but it looked so flimsy and unsubstantial that I placed it in a guest bathroom in the back of the house. The shower caddy is the best of the three parts. The over-the-door hooks are undersized, but useable. The photos make the whole set look better than they really do. Read more

This first thing that struck me upon opening the box was that it was a painted finish instead of being a satin nickel plated one; major difference there. The finish is put on very well and the metallic is nice and even. Some assembly is required but as is the case with all things like this, everything is easy when you know how. The only problem is that figuring out the how for the first time takes a little bit of effort. This is working out well for the area between the wall and the steps leading up to the enclosed Jacuzzi tub area. I always wanted some multi-colored towels rolled up in that area. This saves me from having to make a wood shelving unit. The over the door hanger works well and fits my 1 3/8" thick bathroom door. The only problem is that I have about zero clearance up there so it rubs. So either I shave that area up on top of the door or put up with the rub when closing it. The shower caddy is nice, but yes it does not have the rubber suction cups holding it to the wall so it tends to slide around a bit. Overall a nice set, but I wish they let me know up front that this was not satin nickel, but rather satin nickel color/silver. Read more

Instructions were challenging to comprehend but assembly wasn't too complicated. It took me 20-30 minutes to put together. The tubing is 1/2" thick, painted and everything about the shelving unit tells you it's made to hit the lowest possible price point. Screwed to the wall, it should hold up but it will never look better than a generic disposable tubular steel unit. The shower caddy and door hanger are welded 1-piece affairs. No complaints really, but if you can find the same 3 items cheaper I can't imagine you'll be getting less quality. Read more

Kudos to Zenith Home Corp for trying to create an affordable bathroom storage set. But cheap quality does nobody any good and this Zenna Home 3-Piece Bath-in-a-Box Bath Storage Suite: Spacesaver, Shower Caddy and Over-the-Door Hooks, in Satin Nickel is Exhibit A in what NOT to do. If they used slightly more sturdy material that would actually hold up and charge more money, then maybe this set would be worth it. As it is, you might as well recreate these with aluminum foil--the quality is just that bad. Sure, they look good, but it's a paper tiger. If you want a cheap bathroom storage set, then go ahead and get this. But when it starts to fall apart on you, don't say I didn't warn you. Read more
