There once was a woman who wanted an aluminum shower caddy, because they do not rust. She went to Bed Bath and Beyond but all the pieces were not in the box and the store was closing and they only had the one. So she returned it. She then purchased one from Lowe’s. It was around $75.00. It was aluminum, but it was not sturdy. The baskets would turn when she put her shampoo bottles in them, and it only had three baskets. So she returned it. Then she looked on Amazon and found this one. It was so easy to assemble! It has the perfect number of baskets, which are able to hold all her things for the shower. The woman was very happy with her purchase. She went through all Amazon Land to tell others of this wonderful shower caddy. The End Read more

Great product! It is well made and sturdy. The baskets are spacious and are excellent places to store toiletries. The baskets can also be easily removed to clean them. It helps eliminate clutter in the bathroom. On the down side, it was extremely frustrating to put together. It took hours and hours! None of the YouTube videos or the 3D Bild APP explained exactly how to resolve my issue. It was all packed and ready to be returned! I finally realized the problem! The top piece A with the spring inside it did not have the connecting rod jutting out with the stopper on top of it (like shown in the picture in the instruction booklet). I discovered that the rod was actually inside rod A. I had to slide the rod through A (while still keeping it connected) and put the stopper on it myself. Then I was able to set the right height and tighten it! Phew…. If this had been explained in the directions, assembly would have taken about 15 minutes. I have described this in detail to hopefully help anyone who has the same issue! Despite this problem, I give this product 5 stars because its features are impressive! Read more

So I am the person that puts everything together in our house - Ikea stuff included - and this was still a b*tch. I was embarrassed by how long it took. They really need to include step by step directions or create a better YouTube video that includes more of the steps and some close-up shots. Also, some non-gummy removable stickers labeling the poles might have helped? Other than wrestling with it for much too long I actually like this product. I used two out of the four included poles to fit my 53" space - the caddy needed to fit on a shelf inside my shower stall. I threw away two of the three black inserts the push up the spring and only used one and that worked fine. It's very sturdy. Even on the slanted, bumpy stucco roof of my shower stall. I really did struggle with getting the shelves on the rubber thingys (gaskets?) and even made a trip to Lowe's to see if I could find something better. But eventually I played with them enough to get them to work. The shelves will stay in place once your figure it out. Also I would have loved some white enamel "S" hooks to hang my scrub brush, etc. but I did find these on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NMM7QXP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They're ridiculously oversized, but they work. I couldn't find anything smaller online that wouldn't end up rusting. Get yourself a nice big space to work in, wear an LED headlamp so you can see properly, put on some nice music and drink some soothing tea. It will come together - I promise. And it seems to be the only thing out there that can fit a wide variety of spaces. Read more

We purchased this organizer on November 22, 2023, and it lasted exactly 2.5 years before breaking on May 22, 2025. The unit was installed in a rarely used bathroom, accessed approximately once a week. Despite minimal usage, it unexpectedly failed, causing a loud noise that prompted an inspection. Upon checking, we found several broken components, including a top spring that had snapped in half and a cracked plastic tube, likely due to the fall. Given its limited exposure to wear and tear, the sudden failure of key structural elements raises concerns about durability. While the organizer functioned as expected during its lifespan, its abrupt breakdown suggests potential weaknesses in material quality. This may be something to consider for those seeking long-term reliability. Read more

OK so the reviews are correct, this is a pain to install. It is OVERCOMPLICATED and comparing to the one i just replaced that had ONLY 2 parts this one has lots of parts. You have to measure your opening and then use the chart to configure the UNMARKED poles. It seems they are trying to cover every base with this product in every country to cover ever possible height making it confusing to install. Once you measure and find the poles its super easy. FLIMSY is correct, the previous one was super firm and these poles are thinner. If you put the bottom and top in the deepest part of the corner is stiffened it up and the shelves rest against the tile. The shelves are flimsy to and that could be because of the plastic bits holding them in place not fully in place. I put a bottom of shampoo on a shelf and when putting it back the whole shelf moved. FLIMSY! This is 26 and you get what you pay for. I works fine. Just measure and use the chart or it will not work. The spring assembly is harder to use then it needs to be and installation will take some energy. Read more
