Very happy with it. However upon opening and removing you will find a very crunched, rolled up topper. Upon unrolling it I never thought it would fluff up to look like the picture. It took longer than my other foam toppers but it was worth the wait. I put it on my spare bedroom bed and continuously flipped it over every day 2x's a day for 3 days. On the 3rd day it was ready, fully fluffed to be put on my bed. It is comfortable & fits perfectly. Actually looks like it is a tad bit more than 2". Being I had no cover I used a double sheet to put on the bottom side that touched my mattress. My 1st topper, 4" KS, 20+ years ago (different brand) eventually started to become messy with foam dust on my mattress. I always flipped the original 20+ yr old one but hadn't done for a few years due to health issues. This new one is very nice and I would buy it again. Good purchase. I was worried at first because when I opened the box it was flat. I called customer service and they said it needs time to decompress. So I waited about 42 hours and It was at least 95% decompressed.. sometimes it may take up to a week for it to do so. So be patient. My bed is comfy now. Its a little hard but slightly soft but thats how I like it. Its worth the buy. I will give a update in a few weeks to see if my back feels better sleeping on it. Mine is king size. Read more

The package was light to take up my stairs. When I first took it out, I was worried because it was flatten out, but then I let it decompress for about two hours and it is just as thick and soft as pictured. It feels like a cloud!! This is a double foam layer topper. The bottom layer is a firm, dense, smooth foam. The top is about 1" of the squishy memory style foam that is more porous and sponge like than other memory foam style toppers I've owned. It doesn't tunnel like some and it doesn't make it feel like I'm sinking into the mattress. I'm guessing the rougher texture is to help keep it cooler. There was no chemical smell and the wait for it to fluff up fully was about 8 hours. My queen size was packaged by folding it in half. By the time it was well inflated, there were no signs of the crease. I'm not using it over an existing mattress. Instead, I use it in my RV where the bed is composed of a set of 6" springs that this topper then covers. I makes a nice hybrid style mattress. I've replaced the topper 3 times in 6 years and paid much more for previous toppers and yet this one is just as good as the pricier ones I've owned. If you need a little firmness in your bed, this might be a good option. I have the 4" queen size version and it is very comfortable. I did not purchase a cover because I use a mattress pad already so it isn't needed. I don't have issues with it slipping but it might be because the cover on my springs is not that slippery satin like material. Overall, this is a bargain. It is significantly cheaper than the others I've owned. I replace it every two years because in my RV, moisture and dust are frequent issues. If I were using it in my home, I think they might last longer. But, a hygienic bed is very important, so I repurpose the used topper for pet beds etc. For the next 2 years I have a comfy supportive bed. I'd buy it again without any reservations. Read more

I don't write reviews often. But I have to issue a warning for this one. I've purchased many toppers and mattresses in my life. This one didn't stand out as being much different from any other topper. Put it on the bed after airing it out for a couple days. No smells. Put my normal sheets back on it and laid down. Pretty comfortable! Woke up the next morning feeling a little warm. Nothing unexpected for this kind of topper. Until I turned on the lights. My entire body was broken out in a "heat rash". Everywhere but my face, since I was using a pillow. Then it started itching. Apparently, I had an allergic reaction to whatever is in this topper. And I have to mention. I do not have any allergies at all. I can wear anything, bath in anything, eat anything with zero allergic reactions. But it took the better park of a week for the itchy rash to go away from this topper. My skin felt as if I had been rolling in a fiberglass insulation attic. I didn't bother returning this.
