Wonderful sweater.
I love this sweater. The wool is soft and comfortable, no itch at all. I got an XXL; I like the like generous fit, and I can wear a flannel shirt underneath. The XXL sweater hits at the hip, just right for me. I feel perfectly comfortable inside the house, and nice and warm for short trips outside. This is my new go-to sweater for cold weather. Read more
Lovely Irish Sweater!
This Irish sweater is absolutely beautiful. The wool is soft and warm, and the cabling detail is very pretty and marks the sweater as authentically Irish. Cardigan sweater
This sweater had a size chart which was right on. I normally would have ordered a medium just to be safe but with the size chart I got the small and it is plenty big. Soft and these Aran sweaters are fabulously warm. Nothing not to love. Read more
I Love Irish Sweaters
This sweater is a perfect, heavy and thick, weight for temperatures as low as 40F (for me) with a turtleneck! I would prefer buttons rather than a zipper but I feel that way about all Irish wool sweaters. I love it anyway! This has been my go to this winter. Very flattering with the horizontal knitting at the waist…it’s not fitted, just looks that way. I ordered the Derby-very dark gray and it goes with any color. I love all the different patterns of stitching and the stand up collar. I highly recommend it! Read more
Surprisingly small through the shoulders.
I really liked this sweater and it's a very nice quality. Unfortunately it's uncomfortably small through the shoulders. I do have square shoulders and a small, thin frame. I ordered a medium, which usually fits, or is sometimes too big. In fact, I can't remember ever finding a medium sweater that was tight through the shoulders. So beware! It's also a bit darker than in the picture (the "Derby" grey is like a charcoal grey). Read more
