These were a great price compared to others that I researched. Super easy 1 button installation with my Trane home app. These are simple on/off switches, not dimmable. Note that this is not the first Z-Wave-operated plug to have failed in my attic -- so I likely expected too much of this device. Eva's Light worked with me to resolve.
