The MOUTIUS brand "10-Inch Non Stick Frying Pan" is one of the best pans we've used! After receiving it, we hand-washed it just to remove any factory residue. The next morning I used it for scrambling a batch of extra large eggs. It cooked well and best of all, the scrambled eggs didn't stick to the pans unique texture. I then dumped a can of roast beef hash in to brown it and, once again, food sticking to the pan was not a problem. From a cooking point of view, this pan is great! The product also comes with a see through lid which we love because not only can you see the food, the lid has a vent hole in it, too. While the lid did not need to be assembled since the handle was already attached, the pan itself doesn't come with the handle attached which obviously makes for a smaller box to ship it in, but it is easy to assemble and (disassemble should you want to do that). To install the handle you use two acorn nuts...and they provided four of these instead of two, so we have spares. The only tool you will need is the flat metal spanner wrench they provide which, surpassingly, works well. I was expecting to have to get a socket set out, but the included tool works! I put the spare acorn nuts, instructions, and the little wrench in the zippered phatic bag the that came with this set then threw it in the "parts box" inside the "junk drawer." Later the same day we had a nearly full dishwasher, so this pan was put into the dishwasher and after the wash cycle I checked it and there were zero problems with it. For the past 30 years I have mainly used cast iron pans, but stainless steel may become my new "go to" for cooking, at least with the brand! We feel that this pan was designed and manufactured by people who actually know how to cook and they wanted to provide a pan they would use themselves. We highly recommend this pan! This 10” Fry Pan is fantastic! Its unique texture makes it the easiest pan to clean I’ve ever owned. It heats more evenly than my traditional 3-ply stainless 10” fry pan, delivering perfect results every time. Fortunate side note is this pans lid is the exact same size as my other 10" pan. We’ve used it for everything from eggs to sautéed vegetables and seared chicken, and it performs like a champ. This morning, I cooked eggs from our chickens, Louise and Chewbaaaaca (different breeds, hence the color variation…additional side note: farm-fresh eggs will ruin you for store bought!). The pan’s non-stick surface handled them flawlessly. To test its cleanup, I wiped it with a damp paper towel, and it looked spotless (see my photos, turned the light on high for the clean pic)! While I usually hand-wash with mild soap and a soft sponge to protect the coating, I wanted to show how effortless cleanup can be. My only gripe is the lack of info on the Amazon listing about the non-stick coating, likely PTFE-based (similar to Teflon). Overheating traditional non-stick pans can release toxic fumes, deadly to birds and potentially causing polymer fume fever in humans. Modern coatings are safer, but I’d still avoid preheating on high or leaving the pan unattended, especially if you have birds. I'd even say for bird owners, keep pets out of the kitchen while cooking or consider stainless steel or cast iron for added safety. This 10-inch ceramic-coated stainless steel pan heat up quickly and distribute heat evenly thanks to the tri-ply construction. I was able to sauté vegetables and sear chicken without hot spots, and food released easily with just a little oil. The nonstick surface wipes clean with minimal effort, and they’ve held up well through a few dishwasher runs.
