Ive used it one day here in South Texas. So far it cools well in 14x12 bedroom. Its a little loud for that small of a room on the maximum fan setting, although Ive never had this type of A/C so I really don't have anything to compare it too. It's easy to assemble and has wheels on the bottom to move easily. Currently the humidity level in my house is about 75% and it filled a 5 gallon bucket in about 12 hours. That's a bit more humidity than most people experience, but I would recommend draining to a bucket instead of waiting for the unit to tell you its full and then drain from the bottom. Read more

Update after running a couple of weeks: It works GREAT. First AC for our bedroom that makes me cold. I am turning the temperature up in the middle of the night because our room is so cool. Never happened before, not even with a more expensive Samsung upright portable. OG review: This AC unit is very quiet compared with the others we have. It is also very effective at keeping our bedroom cool. It is smaller than many portable ACs. The exhaust hose attaches to the back of the unit with a square bracket, which reduces the need to struggle with the exhaust to keep it attached. Very pleased with the quality, and it was a hundred dollars less expensive than similar units. Read more

Life saver in a pinch... The remote batteries are worth two cents, but after replacing them, everything worked very well,.it's loud when you set it on turbo charged button it sets it to 61⁰F and it just humps trying to cool off the room but that's a good thing... Regular settings it's not as loud. Read more

Puts out really cold air and able to cool a large room in minutes. Much better than my old unit. The adapter may not fit all size windows. Need to double check the dimensions. Read more
