This AC unit has been perfect for my needs. Super easy to roll around when I need to, and way quieter than I expected. Been using it in my workspace where I've got a bunch of 3D printers running, and it keeps up no problem! Even with all those printers going at once, the room stays nice and cool. Pretty impressive for a portable unit. Everything about it is straightforward - the controls make sense, the remote works great, and setting timers is super simple. am extremely happy with my purchase of the 10,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioners Cools up to 450 Sq. Ft, 3-in-1 Poratble Ac Units for Room with Dehumidifier & Fan, Sleep Mode 24h Timer with remote control. It works well cooling my 1250 square apartment. Last summer it was hot here in Hawaii with sunny days. Since installing the AC in the apartment is not required, this is perfectly fine for me and able to instantly cool the apartment, when needed. I find that I do not need to run it all the time, only long enough to be comfortable... usually 15 to 20 minutes at a time providing 1 to 2 hours of comfortable conditions. Setup is easy and all accessories fit together well. The cooling function was slightly louder than I anticipated but not bad. I set it up in my garage for continuous draining without issue. As a minor inconvenience, the air flow vents do not automatically open or close and must be manually directed. They also do not direct airflow any higher than level / horizontal. It doesnt blow cold air. The machine stays extremely hot and if you sont have it right at a window the heat from the exhaust tube stays in the room. It doesn't cool a small room, it only cool about 3 feet innfront of it. It is super loud and its not worth buying. Read more

Been wanting this for so long! Over the garage room gets hot that we need an air conditioner. I have hated that thing blocks the window and was hanging out too. This vent is the size of my hand. That is what most I'm happy about. My granddaughter lives up there and is so glad that it is just as cold and much quieter than the one she had. A few other great things..the remote, it's on wheels, there is a timer, and it has a long vent hose, so it doesn't have to be right by the window. Really love it! Read more

It says 10000 BTU but then you get it and that's the lab tested results. The real btu is like 5-6k which it works well for that size room. I would have bought a bigger one if I would have known. Read more
