I don't usually write bad reviews, but this product is too expensive to be this bad. The unit is in our basement to help take the chill off the room. We have only used the heat component but it has been troublesome- frequent F1 error messages we've had to troubleshoot. The unit gave out nice heat and ran quietly. Two weeks later, the unit is blowing cold and is loudly sounding like a motorcycle revving. So disappointed. I have contacted the company as stated on the manual, but they have not return calls or emails. Save yourself the headache. Read more

This portable air conditioner and heater has impressed me with how solid and well-made it feels. The casing is sturdy, and none of the components feel cheap or flimsy. The airflow is strong without being overly loud. I can’t really speak to its cooling ability (yet) because it is cold where I am, but come summer I’m sure it’ll fo the trick. The heating function works well, warming up the space evenly and efficiently. I appreciate how intuitive the controls are, making it easy to switch modes or adjust the temperature. It is easy enough to move, my wife moved it before I got home, so moving it from room to room shouldn’t be an issue. The energy efficiency also seems better than other units I’ve tried in the past. It's great unit. The multipurpose/all-in-one function is what I wanted and it is living up to my hopes and expectations. I had a different unit die on me recently and needed to replace it. It is easy to set up. It's not ridiculously loud. It's easy to operate. It seems to have been priced appropriately. It's visually nice and not an eye sore. The media could not be loaded. I received the item very quick. I took it out to test it. It came well packaged and easy to unbox. It is very heavy but has wheels for easy maneuvering. Minor assembly of the vent and window placement. The extension makes it super easy to place at almost any window with ease. The unit also came with a remote and batteries! Install took 5 mins and it was ready to go. Operation is pretty standard and instructions are easy to follow. I ran it for about 15 mins and it got cool fast and blew very well! No leakage and noise level was as expected for a portable AC unit. Very excited to put this unit to good use during the hot summer especially when the house AC unit isn’t cutting it. This is much easier than setting up a window unit and less hazardous. It comes with all the material to vent it through a window and tubing to use for the dehumidifier. The slim remote control works well and is easy to handle. This is on wheels so it’s easy to move from one room to another. This runs quietly and cools things off quickly.
