Easy flush mount installation using conduit for a carport. Most lights of this type require major disassembly for in the side wiring with 1/2 inch fittings/conduit. This one does not. My garage is actually my woodshop and I was forever adding more and more lights here and there and seemingly everywhere, because general garage lighting is pretty awful. I finally bit the bullet and pulled one of the two light fixtures off the ceiling and replaced it with this light. (Can't replace both because the other is used for my dust collector.) MAN! I wish I'd done this years ago. I wouldn't have saved a ton of money (on crappy lights) and saved my eyesight (from crappy lights). This light is bright... so bright I'm looking into where I can move my dust collector so I can add another on the other side. Wait... that sounds contradictory... If it's so bright, why do I need another one? Well, it's a big garage and I want both sides to be as bright... and let me pull down some of those other add-on lights I've stuck here and there over the years. Anyway, if you need a big bright light in a similar situation, I don't think you could go wrong with this one. Was easy to install, doesn't get overly hot, and lights my space very well.
