Awesome machine! Cooled a very inhospitable room into a comfortable space for all our plants. They're very grateful for the reprieve from our 100+ temperature summer days. For a video, it should be posted above. I have some experience installing a/c units, so this was pretty familiar. Easy install, vents through a window, comes with all the necessary hardware and bits and pieces. A power drill/screwdriver (Ryobi, Dewalt, etc.) is helpful for any screws you need to install, but otherwise, it's all just assemble by hand. One note: make sure you get the flexible hose as deep as possible into the two end connectors. One is the window exhaust connection, the other attaches to the back of the unit (it just slides into place). Again, great unit, great price, delivered right to the door. Compared to my last AC same BTU this one is 100 times better. Very powerful and cools my whole space. I can't even keep the fan on high and I set it for 68 degrees. It's way to cold if I go lower than 68 or put fan on high. I love this AC, worth every penny. I got the 4 year protection as well. Read more

Works extemely well, keeps my room about 65 degrees, which is what I want for sleep. I wish there was a way to shut off the lights...they are BRIGHT and I had to tape over them. Works amazing though. Read more
