Wanted to love this but......

Wanted to love this but it was honestly hard to use at times with having to push the button for the steam to come out. I didn't like that there was not any settings for the steam. It's one size all pressure. Wish it had a knob like others I've had and you can pick how high you want it and Don't have to press a button. I used this to clean my outside storm windows while they were still attached to the house. It was a pain in the butt and honestly wouldn't use this again to clean them and it's not because it doesn't work cause it does. It was because imagine standing on a ladder or step stool and you got the hose attachment on with the squeegee and your standing on the ladder and in one hand you have the steamer that your pressing a button and the other hand your trying to use the squeegee to clean the windows and having to lift both sometimes over your head, not to mention the hot water leaking out dripping on you why your up on the ladder. Terrible experience and you couldn't pay me to do that again. I really wanted to love this steamer because of all the attachments and the hose it comes with, I also liked how on the attachment for the floor, it has a way to secure the pad onto it. If it didn't leak and didn't have a button I would love this but it just was not for me I had to return it unfortunately. Read more
