Our old steam cleaner that was almost identical to this and a name brand was just recalled, so I ordered this item to replace it. It had a myriad of attachments, more than I needed! I used distilled water and it heated up quickly. The measuring cup and narrow funnel made it easy to carefully pour the water into the steamer. My favorite use is to clean the tiles in my shower with the small attachment and cloth. This steamer did the job and left my tiles sparkling. I had just regrouted my third bathroom tub/bath combination and some grout was left on the tiles. This steamer attachment softened the leftover grout glaze so I was able to wipe it off easily. 3 stars it dose the job? But number 1 the cord is not long enough and two the attachments pop off it doesn’t make that clicking sound mad not enough accessories all I know I have a big building. I have to clean and sanitize and this is just not it. It’s too small too short and it doesn’t hold enough water so I like it but I don’t.. So I’m only giving 3 stars!! Read more

I recently tried this Handheld Steam Cleaner in yellow, and unfortunately, my experience has been somewhat disappointing. On the positive side, it heats up quickly which is great when you're in a hurry.. The handheld option is a nice feature; I used it to tackle some stubborn stains on my kitchen countertops and found that it worked reasonably well when used this way. The water tank capacity is small, which means I found myself refilling it quite often for larger areas. The steam pressure, while initially strong, seemed to drop quickly during longer cleaning tasks. Also, the design felt a bit cumbersome; maneuvering it, especially with the mop attachment, was not as smooth as I’d hoped. Additionally, I think the overall build quality could be improved as it doesn't feel very durable. The steam mop has potential for lighter cleaning tasks but it may not hold up well for more extensive cleaning jobs. It’s a mixed bag, depending on what you need it for. Read more

A good steam cleaner can really help melt away grease and grime and make cleaning easier. This collection of attachments is... Disappointing to be honest. They do not fit together cleanly, and while they do not leak steam, they do not feel comfortable to use. The boiling vessel works as advertised, and even heats up rather quickly, but the way the steam is ejected from the wand leaves a little to be desired. After several uses, it felt like the plastic in places became soft. Frankly, there are better units out there for this price. Read more
