Nice pan with nice extras. It could be nicer if the pan was a few inches wider. If you're roasting chickens or beef, as long as not very big, it's fine. I bought it to roast a small turkey and it barely fit between the handles, letting liquid drip over the edge and onto my oven bottom. Other than that, it's well made, sturdy, will last a life time and came with useful extras. Read more

This pan & accessories work great, and are easy to clean. I especially appreciate the easily cleaned and non-rusting stainless roasting rack. The pan is induction-capable. (Yes, I tried it.) However, the manufacturer won't tell you this because heating the pan quickly and unevenly will certainly cause warping. Stainless steel is a poor conductor of heat and an induction burner heats the area directly above it very fast, so this is an even bigger issue with an induction stove than with others. If your induction stove lets you combine two burners into one large one, and you heat the pan slowly (on lower power) it will work just fine for making gravy. Read more

I bought this 3 years ago when I was tasked with cooking my first Thanksgiving dinner. Let’s just say the thought of cooking a feast left me terrified, sweating and googling “what does giblets mean?” In my panicked state, I quickly realized I needed a pan to cook the bird in. After a few searches and narrowing down my list, I settled on this guy. Clearly, I was not disappointed. This thing has handled 3 Thanksgivings (yes, I’ve now hosted 3 feasts). This pans quality is *chefs kiss*. It does not bend, buckle, squeak or groan (unlike the chef using it). It’s even held an 18-pond behemoth of a bird!
