Beautiful and works well. VERY easy to fill and you can add tabs to keep the water fresh. I love the remote, you don't even have to get off the couch to start, stop or increase misting or level of humidity. You can even add aroma oils if you like. This humidifier works as stated. Easy to put together. Remote easy to use. Watch how much water you put in. I thought it was 5 gal and overfilled and water came out holes. I immediately stopped and no problem. It's nice that it rolls. I can roll to sink. Nice fine spray. Nice features like setting humidity. I recommend. Read more

We have a large great room with fifteen feet high ceilings with three dormers twenty six feet in height. This unit humidifies the whole room quite nicely! I purchased separate humidity meters (their only $11.00 +/- and have them strategically placed them in different locations in the room full distance from the humidifier which is placed center of room by the island. The meters don’t lie. The unit works great and we can tell. The humidifier itself looks a little cheap and a bit dorky but it works wonders for a dry space. I’m very satisfied with this product. Easy to fill and operate. We use nothing but distilled water for maximum longevity of the product. Our city water is loaded with minerals and very corrosive. We clean the unit once a week as recommended by manufacturer. Easy to clean. I would recommend this product to a friend, so I would recommend to anyone. Read more
The unit is well built and easily keeps the moisture at a good level. The directions said to use distilled water or purified water. I priced distilled water and found it to be an expensive option so I’ve been using home filtered water. White dust created from the unit gets pulled into the furnace filter and actually plugged it up to the point of the furnace shutting down. I changed the filter and reset the furnace. If I decide to keep the humidifier I will be checking the furnace filter and replacing more often. Read more
BEST humidifier ever. I love all the designs features. There are not a lot of parts that will mold. Assembly was simple and it has a remote control! It is perfect mist and doesn’t leave water anywhere and no droplets from the mist. The wand is fabulous that it’s extended to reach your face without a table while sleeping. LOVE IT! Read more
Great humidifier, However after 6 days and it stopped working. Tank was Filled with deep orange/brown rusty water and sludge. We saw one of the atomizer ports had crumbled up, disintegrated. the other side was fine. We have a well and an excellent water filtration system with an iron filter. I was bummed, it was really great for those few days. Read more
Right out of the box the unit would not go more that 42 or 43. I followed the merchants recommendations and sent an email to the address that was provided. Absolutely, no response in 4 days now. Non-existent customer service I guess!!! Update: The merchant responded and sent me a brand new unit that is working great!!! Nice piece of machinery!!! Read more
