Great tool for small jobs like ginger & garlic
I love these for shredding fresh garlic and ginger. The teeth are sharp (it shreds ginger root!). I find them efficient and more dependable than a press and better size wise for small jobs than a food processor. I’ve had at least one in my kitchen for about 3 years now and given the size, easy to pop in the cutlery drawer for storage. My first one broke at the handle after more than a year, but only after heavy use. It’s sturdy. I can’t live without them now. Read more
