For anyone who spends a lot of time typing and just needs a little extra wrist support throughout the day, this brace is a solid option worth considering. It wraps on easily, the velcro holds without budging, and since it's fully adjustable it ends up being pretty comfortable to wear for longer stretches. The material is on the thinner side, but that's actually part of why it feels good to wear rather than bulky and annoying. Just keep in mind this isn't meant for serious injuries since it won't fully immobilize your wrist, so manage expectations there. One small heads up is that the thumb ring runs a bit large and sticks up slightly instead of lying flat, so it's not the most discreet look, but at around seventeen dollars for two it's honestly a pretty great deal! I’ve started using these TFCC wrist braces for extra support during daily activities, and they’ve been really helpful without feeling restrictive. The design is thin and flexible, so it’s easy to wear under sleeves or while typing. Wrist wraps like these are commonly used to provide gentle compression and stability for issues like tendonitis, mild sprains, or carpal tunnel discomfort. They give just enough support to ease strain without limiting movement too much, which I really appreciate. Pros: • Lightweight and comfortable for all day wear • Provides gentle support without being too stiff • Easy to adjust for a secure fit • Low profile design fits under clothing • Comes as a 2 pack for good value Cons: • Not rigid enough for more serious injuries • May loosen slightly with extended wear • Sizing/fit might take a little adjusting at first Final thoughts: These are a great option if you’re looking for light support and relief during everyday use. They’re comfortable, practical, and easy to wear regularly without feeling bulky or restrictive. Read more

Review of 2 Pcs TFCC Wrist Brace for Pain Relief, Ultra-Thin Wrist Support Wraps for Carpal Tunnel, Arthritis, Tendonitis, Sprain (Black). I've bought this style of support strap before, and these are better quality. The others ones are just a strip of fabric with a velcro at the end. With these, there is reinforcing around the thumb hole as well as along the whole strap. There is a trick to wrapping these, though, so that it all lies taut along your skin and doesn't gape. The part around the thumb is to keep the wrap in place; the main support is meant to be around the wrist. These are good for light support all day while typing, housekeeping, and doing yardwork. I do sweat in these if working hard or in the summer, which is why I have multiples in rotation. Read more

Price is reasonable, but they were uncomfortable for every day wear. Very uncomfortable for using doing normal activities. The loop that goes around the thumb is stiff and flat and I could not get the edges of the thumb hole to not dig into my palm without fastening it very very loosely, which made the support useless. It was also very hot under the strap. Putting it on for bedtime use is the only time it will be useful to me as I don't move my hand around when sleeping and it will keep my wrist from bending at night while sleeping. Not worth returning for the price, but find this hard to recommend. Read more
Opening the package felt a little like being handed a movie prop and being told to figure it out before the final scene. There were no instructions, so the first few minutes turned into an unexpected wrestling match between me, two black straps, and my own wrist. At one point it looked less like pain relief gear and more like I was trying to dress a very confused octopus. Once the puzzle was solved, though, these actually turned out to be pretty good wrist supports. They are lightweight, soft, and not bulky, so they do not feel annoying or sweaty after wearing them for a while. The material has a nice stretch to it, and the wrap gives a decent amount of compression without feeling like it is cutting off circulation. I can also see why they mention it for repetitive wrist use, because it adds support without making the hand feel completely restricted. The biggest downside is definitely the lack of instructions. If you have never used this kind of brace before, expect a little trial and error before you figure out what goes where and how tight it should be. The product photos help somewhat, but a simple diagram in the package would have saved a lot of guesswork. Also, if you are expecting a super rigid brace, this is more of a flexible support wrap than a heavy duty immobilizer. Overall, once I stopped accidentally inventing new ways to wear it, the braces were comfortable and supportive and much more practical than they first seemed. Great idea and nice material, but they really need to include basic instructions so people spend less time playing wrist brace escape room. Read more

I really like this product. You get 2 so you can have for both wrists. I was impressed with how easy they were to wrap around the wrist, especially if you are having a flare up. The fabric is very soft so it doesn't irritate the skin. The velcro is nice and secure and easy to take off when you are done wearing the braces. Can be used for many sizes and you have control with how tight you want it. I found the fabric is stretchy and very durable. I have worn them and they have great support. Also breathes easily so you don't sweat. This is a definite great value. Read more
