Powered my phone easily on vacation - super easy to use

This thing is like magic - it's a bit like where was this all my life. Well at least all of my life since Apple released magsafe charging. I was on a vacation traveling and I was using my phone at lot but didn't have a great way to plug it in. I absolutely loved that I could just stick this on the back of the phone and it just started charging. I could charge my air pods, I could charge my phone. I even one time powered an iPad from it - the USB-C plug is bi-directional and you can power things from it. I loved the charge indicator too - which made it easy to see how much power was left. It is small and slipped into my front pocket and I barely even noticed it and it seemed well built - I carried it around on the trip every day and it still looks good as new. It is super easy to use - you put put the wireless thing next to it and it starts charging. I have a magsafe charging case and so I didn't have to do anything more than just put the two near each other and the magnets would line up and it would just start charging. The one thing that was a bit of a downside is that the phone+case combo would get kind of warm while charging. Not "hot" precisely but definitely warm. Probably not a problem in the winter but was a bit disconcerting to put it on the back of the phone, put both connected into my pocket and then feel the heat coming off of it. Read more
