This portable AC is exactly what I needed! The design is sleek and modern, and it fits nicely in my sunroom. Installation was incredibly simple, just plug it in and connect the exhaust hose. So, the actual unit ended up being trash. It would cool for about 15 minutes then stop blowing cold air. We tried multiple times thinking we didn't have it set up right, but everything we tried failed. The reason I gave four stars is because of the customer service I received after submitting the return request. They replied to my initial request within 24 hours. They first asked for pictures/videos to try and troubleshoot, but when I told them we had already gone through the somewhat painstaking task of repackaging the product and simply asked for a refund, they only refunded $170. So I sent another message asking why the full price was not refunded. Again, they responded within 24 hours, refunded the balance and told me that it wasn't necessary to even return the unit. Although I'm stuck with having to get rid of this heavy piece of equipment, I'm very happy that the seller clearly cares about their customers. Read more
