Oh my goodness. Ballin on a budget right here. I can't afford the super expensive ones and I was a little skeptical of this one, but it has definitely won me over. It has helped me get grime off of places I didn't even want to know grime could get. Stove? Done. Sinks? Done. Floor boards. Bingo. Spaghetti on your backsplash? Not anymore. I took off one star because the first one I ordered would not heat up. I got the replacement immediately. I was able to clean off a sticker that had been on my sliding glass door frame that I have tried to remove for months. I didn't want to scratch the frame with a razor blade and nothing would budge the sticker until I steamed it, and it melted away. I have recently gotten rid of all the toxic cleaners in my home and i love the fact that I can disinfect surfaces, door handles, etc. to quickly and easily with this steamer. This steamer will get a lot of use. Another note: beware of the metal extension rod. It gets HOT, while the handle/trigger does not. It also heats up in seconds so you aren't waiting around to get your project going. You plug it in, turn it on, pick up your cloth, and the steam is ready. Read more

I got this small steam cleaner to use on our furniture where the dogs rub up against it. It does take a little while to clean larger areas due to its size. It also worked to freshen up our drapes. You do have to refill it when doing larger areas, but for smaller spots around my kitchen and bathroom, it was fine. It heats up nicely for the size. I have used it several times, and it seems to be holding up well. If you don't want to spend the money on a larger steam cleaner, this one is a good value. Read more

The H&K steam cleaner has a lot going for it. It heats up quickly, and the adjustable pressure and visible water level make it easy to monitor and control. The bottom drain is a thoughtful touch, making it simpler to empty than other models I’ve owned. It’s also compact, and since both the hose and power cable detach, it stores neatly. It comes with a solid set of attachments, including a window squeegee, scrubber covers, and even gloves. The included tool bag is handy, though I wish it came with a larger bag for the entire unit. A fill cup or funnel would also have been more practical additions. One minor issue is that the hose gets quite hot, and while the instructions suggest attaching it with a wrench, none is provided. The hose’s convoluted tubing feels a bit cheap, but it’s functional. I like that the handle has buttons to adjust or pause the steam, though an extra control to stop flow while keeping pressure ready would have been ideal. Build quality is average and clearly budget-focused, but it seems durable enough for regular home use. It heats and starts steaming very quickly, though the steam itself isn’t as hot as I expected, even at higher settings. The auto shut-off timer is a useful safety feature.
