This really is very nice. Works as advertised. The warmth is soothing and relaxing. Warm, but not uncomfortably so. The vibrations are varied and also not too much , just right intensity. I am 80 yrs old so getting up from the floor is not impossible but difficult. I use it while seated on the couch that is quite firm. I use the heat/ vibrations 15 minutes then the other setting. It’s different vibrations. When my back is aching, it’s nice to have this available. I’m not sure who it wouldn’t fit comfortably. Not washable, suggested a fabric is used rather than on bare skin. The massage is very good and the heat too, but the compression may be aggravating for your particular back. One star off because the manufacturer includes a bad plug that makes the rotation wonky and you get an email saying you need to have a proper adapter rated at (5V, 2A) for the machine to work properly. When the item arrived, I took it out of the box, after reading the instructions I placed the pillow with the supplied adapter and charging cable. After a 3 hour charge the pillow failed to turn on, I call and emailed their service department. The email was returned and the phone number was not valid. Read more
I’ve tried lots of things to manage my sciatica symptoms …for a long time. This has been by far the best purchase I’ve made. It felt good using it right off the get go but under a week in I actually am almost totally symptom free.
