I always sit with a lumbar cushion behind my back and this is even better, so comfy just as a lumbar cushion but I love that I can also add heat and/or vibration if I'm feeling tight and stiff, this really helps soothe and loosen up my lower back when it's tight It's made of comfy memory foam and the vibrating motors are located in the small of my back where I often have stiffness so it feels really good Works great on my office chair and also on a recliner or on the bed It has 3 modes for vibration and 3 levels of vibration so you can set it to whatever feels good to you. It also has 3 levels of heat, I haven't been able to thoroughly test the heat modes because it's been in the 100s here and the last thing I want is more heat. I recommend this CILI lumbar support pillow because it is among the best lumbar support pillow with the heating and vibration features in the market that is below $40. There are multiple lumbar support pillows made of memory pillow the price of which is ~$20. However, if features like massage, heating and/or vibration are added therein, the price usually goes up to ~$50. I am a small framed woman. I bought this to provide lumbar support on the sofa. It did not work there because the sofa cushion is a little soft and the lumbar support did not fall in the right place. I was disappointed because I do like the heat and message features. However I was able to use it on my desk chair where it fits well and provides the support I need. Read more
