These work great for both of my kids who are 6 and 14. I purchased them when I noticed my youngest was mouth breathing more often. Once we started using them, she got a much better-quality sleep and stopped the mouth breathing. I have purchased them twice back-to-back and after the second purchase I noticed the girls didn't need them as often. I still keep them in stock at our house because they come in handy if anyone is feeling stuffy, including myself. Placement of them does matter and it takes a little to find the sweet spot, but I feel they were still worth the purchase overall due to how effective they were when they stick properly. It does feel tough to peel off sometimes but I'd rather that then not sticking at all. No rash or irritation happened with my kids. I have purchased these multiple times and will continue to purchase them! Great for stuffy noses and colds. They are sticky but easy enough for my 5 year old to put on and take off by herself.
