The regular Breathe Right strips are too big and poke/scratch me. These are the perfect size. I also have sensitive skin and the Breathe Right adhesive is irritating. These have a milder adhesive that doesn't irritate my skin. Just wipe the top of your nose with a tissue first to remove excess oil so they stick better. Read more
