The regular Breathe Right strips are too big and poke/scratch me. These are the perfect size. I also have sensitive skin and the Breathe Right adhesive is irritating. These have a milder adhesive that doesn't irritate my skin. Just wipe the top of your nose with a tissue first to remove excess oil so they stick better. Read more

I wanted to like these but after 5 uses, we just didn't like it at all. The strips are not comfortable and are larger than a kids nose. It doesn't stay on and falls off within an hour, which defeats the purpose. It didn't help my son's nasal congestion at all. Fun designs but functionally didn't do its job. Read more
