I just received my pillows today, several days sooner than expected and I love them. The pillows immediately expanded to size after removed from packaging. I had to try these out immediately so I slipped covers over two of them layed back on them and was very pleasantly surprised on how comfortable they were with every position I tried. You get for what you pay for
I have had these pillows for a month now. When I first got them they were nice and firm and were great! However, I have to say that the material they use for these pillows are not the best. The stitching from 3 out of the 4 pillows have fallen apart and the stuffing is coming out. Thank the lord they have a 2 year warranty! I contacted the supplier and were more than helpful. Yes, they are not the best material but just put a nice pillow cover and you're good to go. Read more

Inaccurate Description
First, I am happy with the way they were shipped, the speed at which I received the product and the initial overall quality. My main issue (being the most important) is that these pillows are being marketed as medium firmness. They are definitely not medium firmness. They are rather plush and soft. I am a side sleeper and my head sinks so far into these that the sides from the indentation feel like they are covering my face. Way too soft to be called "Medium" firm. I am contemplating a return.
