For a machine the size of a water pitcher, this can do a surprising amount. Not only does it have an ultra-powerful motor that can blitz nuts and grains to oblivion, but it also has a built-in heater that can cook soybeans. While there isn’t a built-in strainer (one does come in the box), both the oat and almond milk were blended so finely that there was only a bit of sediment that collected at the bottom of the pitcher. It is ok if you only want one quart at a time. For rice milk in particular, but also soy, it will leave a caked on residue on the bottom of the container that is very tenacious. The self cleaning operation doesn’t touch it. Would be nice if it had a setting for wet beans too as I will turn wet beans into a mush that is about impossible to filter the liquid from. It’s working, but one quart per batch requires a lot of hand work. For the price it is ok. Read more

I’m really impressed with this nut milk maker. I bought it to make homemade almond milk but it can also do so many other things which I didn’t expect! It’s easy to use and my almond milk is coming out great! It also looks cute on my counter!! This is a compact and aesthetically pleasing appliance.
