This is worth it! Good quality. I bought this to take on a solo 19 day road trip and it worked out amazing! First, it comes with a little carrying case which is so convenient. It also has a remote control that was effortless to use (there was one time that I might have been too far away, like really far away, and it didn't work or it might have been because my phone was overheating from it being 120 degrees outside. LOL. Either way, that was the only time I had an issue with the remote). The tripod itself is also very easy to use! The legs extend so you have different height options. Honestly I never bother with extending the legs - using it on the first level always worked out perfectly (I'm 5'6) and it's really sturdy. I used it hiking, in sand, uneven ground, etc. If you're looking for a good quality tripod this is it!! 10/10 recommend. :) It's lightweight and you can set it up in 20 seconds or less. Here are some pictures I took on my road trip using the tripod with my iphone xs. Read more

This tripod is sturdy and well made. It came with a carrying bag and the phone adaptor and remote. As pictured. It's a great buy! I like the white because it's more visible at night. Read more

This was purchased solely for use with my Samsung Galaxy Note 20+. I needed an inexpensive tripod to do some video recording in my workshop and this product suits those needs. Aside from the extending legs (which fully extended doesn't quite give you the height needed to film a subject that is standing) the extending center pole is my favorite feature as it allows more freedom to adjust your camera height beyond the leg extensions. The phone mount head is disappointing but for this price is suitable, it doesn't have a spring-loaded extension like most other phone holders, instead, it has a twisting mechanism that opens and closes the clamps; not great for quick release of your phone, but it is what it is. The holder is all plastic and definitely feels like it will break if stressed too much or too often. I had thought about using my metal phone holder on this tripod, but as it is now, everything is extremely light weight and one slight bump will knock the whole thing over when your phone is mounted, so I'm going to avoid adding additional weight to the top for now. The pan/tilt on the head is expectedly not smooth, so don't anticipate being able to get smooth pan or tilt shots, it's more suited for static shots that are set before recording. Let's be honest, no one wants to spend alot of money on support gear for their cameras. There are high quality alternatives out there, but if you need the most basic tripod for simple camera recording on your phone, this product is affordable and does the job - just don't bump into it or your phone might suffer the consequences! The media could not be loaded. I was recently asked to review the PHOPIK Phone Tripod and I gotta say I was pretty impressed. I'll start with the Pros. 1. The tripod itself is actually pretty sturdy. The build quality feels pretty solid and it definitely does exactly what its intended for. 2. The fact that its so light means you can strap it to your camera bag w virtually no extra weight added. Thats a big plus because sometimes I want a tripod and don't want to carry a big one with me all day. 3. The inclusion of a Bluetooth remote was an extra added bonus. It's a nice touch that I accidentally overlooked at first. The ability to remotely shoot stills and video without touching your phone to avoid and shake is great or get selfies or yourself in group shots is smart. 4. They're aren't any crazy bells and whistles here (which is good) its simple and intuitive to use. It's not overly complex. 5. The price. $25.99 is actually great deal for this tripod. Remember it's a phone tripod after all. Dont break your bank. The Cons: 1. It didn't come with instructions, which honestly isn't that big deal but some people will want that. Most people know how to pair a bluetooth trigger but maybe some don't and I could see someone getting frazzled with that. Again, personally, for me it's neither here nor there but it's worth mentioning. 2. I mentioned that the build quality is solid and I stand by that but there's one piece I'd like to mention. The leg bracing. Its plastic and works perfectly fine but its thin. I know a lot of people tend to hang a shot bag or on bigger tripods hang a traditional sandbag from it but I don't recommend doing so. Like I said it's plastic which is understandable. If you want to add some weight for stability, hand a shot bag or a water bottle off of one of the pins. Conclusion: This piece of gear works really well, is a solid build and at the price I'd definitely recommend it. Again, the bluetooth is a nice add on and you cant beat the price. I've included some shots of the gear itself so you can see what it looks like in RL as well as time-lapse I did the other night. I'll part-two this when I take it on a portrait run. Read more

I've used this tripod now for years. It's been everywhere through the most brutal hikes. At times I even use it as a hiking pole. It's saved my life a few times. Holds up better than any carbon fiber tripod I've used. I can throw it in a rushing river with my camera on it and wedge it in rocks and it stays still. I can be on a hillside and lock it in place and it goes nowhere. It's a great tripod. Extremely light! Read more
