OK, others have done videos showing its functions, and how to use them. Thats important because the instructions were missing out of my box, although it wasn't difficult to figure out. It came charged at about 75%. I got about 20 mins use out of that. I recharged it to full, and using it through the 15 minute timer, I was able to get 3 uses out of it, with the final (3rd) use being about 10 minutes only. thats 15+15+10 minutes. It shuts off automatically after 15 minutes, then you have to turn it back on. That is why I am leaving a 4 star review. It takes about 3 hours to recharge from dead, and only lasts about 40 minutes total. HOWEVER, that 40 minutes is heaven for pain relief. I have sciatica issues due to sitting long term at work. I stretch, use heat, and move around a lot, but flare ups on my sciatica nerve are becoming more and more frequent. Those flare ups can leave me unable to even move. I have to lay flat and use heat to get some relief, and it takes a long time to recover. Anyone that has sciatica pains know, those pains extend from lower back all the way to your ankles at times, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get comfortable. After the first full 15 minutes of this machine, I started it back up. While it was a tad painful at first, I could feel the relief in my legs almost right away. By the end of the 3rd run where it died after 10 minutes, the pain was a dull thud. I went to bed and when I woke, was surprised to realize right away, the pain was almost completely gone. I could bend, twist and walk with no issue. I can see this becoming my go to when I have flare ups, or even just when i first start feeling sore. The only way to improve this machine is to put a cord on it so it could be used in 30+ minute increments without recharging issues. Read more
