The effectiveness of this undoubtedly depends on the type of injury. I found one can shift it around a bit and put the vibrating units closer to the actual portion of the shoulder that's producing pain. I found it provided some relief. The one real drawback is the strap that goes around the upper arm. The body one is fine. I don't think my biceps are that large, but the strap just doesn't fit around them very well. Difficult to do solo, easier with someone to help. Making that strap an inch or two longer would be an improvement. Read more

I injured my left shoulder's rotary cuff by doing an incorrect movement a year and a half ago. I would feel so much pain if I moved my arm at a certain angle. Pain relief creams and pills weren't doing the trick. I was afraid I would need surgery, but after 2 months of using this product daily, combined with short physiotherapy exercises, I've noticed significant pain reduction when moving my arm at angles that once caused me a lot of pain. The pad has three temperature levels that provide adequate heat. Battery life is pretty decent. I'm happy with my purchase and will continue using this product until my injury is fully recovered. Vibration was more noise than vibrate, and the heat was not enough even on high. The placement of the control units is impossible to see since it is on the outer side. You would need to have someone to help you so not good if you live alone. The buttons are electronic so you can't even feel for the right button. A remote may have helped, but none was included The idea is great, but the product has a long way to go. Not a good design for those options. Read more
