"80" Pack UV Detection Stickers for Sunscreen Bow Pattern

I like the concept of this product, however, the presentation and execution could use some work. This pack of UV detection stickers comes with 4 sheets of 16 stickers, which comes out to 64 stickers, not 80. I also think it should include instructions. Some are included in the product listing photos, but the product itself should include instructions. I didn't realize that you're supposed to apply sunscreen directly on the sticker - I thought it just turned pink after 80 mins or so. When I first tried it out, the bow started to turn pink immediately, so I thought it didn't work. Read more

These stickers are really small and cute. They did work great and don’t fall off like I thought they might. This issue I have with them is that they say you get 80 but you actually only get 60. I sent the first order back because of this thinking it was an accident but the replacement was the exact same so they need to just fix the post. Fantastic little uv stickers

It’s buried in the product description but to use these stickers properly you stick it to your skin before apply sunscreen on your body & over the sticker. These stickers immediately react to the UV rays going from an invisible white to strong lavender. Sufficient sunscreen protection will keep the sticker a lighter color and will darken when its time to reapply sunscreen. The stickers themselves are small and lightweight. I did not feel it when I was wearing it. They are also small and inconspicuous and I decided to wear it on the outside of my arm that is exposed to the sun - easy to monitor in a space where the skin isnt required to be too flexible. I have used these at the local theme park where we are out in the sun for hours and found it to be a great way to remind myself and my family when it was time to reapply. The same sticker could be used for multiple reminders as the color faded once it was out of the uv rays and protected again. It was even so inconspicuous that I wore it through a shower and went to bed with the sticker on, and still in the same place in the morning. I would be hesitant to rely on these for pool or ocean swimming as the butterfly did actually disappear presumably from the shower. The sticker stayed but the butterfly was gone. I don’t think its recommended in the listing for swimming activities but just something I wanted to call out. For dry outdoor activities this is a great tool. With as often as my family is outdoors in the summer I think these are great to have on hand. Read more
