A benefit but a scare at the same time is the Licorice root in it! This ingredient is not intended for prolonged use or it could cause a heart attack or arrhythmia of the heart. ON THE OTHER HAND... it would take several months for this to occur. Licorice root can be helpful with adrenal insufficiency disorder but can raise blood pressure and causes slight irritability. OVERALL... I love the product and is making a huge difference, but should warn people on the Licorice root. This almost all the suggested ingredients, more then any other brand. I've only taken this product maybe a week and a half and can already sense a change within my body. My sleep schedule was trash. Between 1-4 am consistently waking up, moody, easily agitated or angered, and stressed beyond the max. I took these for a week. They were good at calming my brain and relaxing me enough to fall asleep fast. But I could not deal with the gas and bloating anymore.
