Just like the product I was taking before this, it is easy to swallow. I have no side effects from taking this, not that I would know what they are ,but I have no different things happening while taking this. Sleep is not as restful as often since taking this, but it may change as I have only been using for 2 weeks. A benefit but a scare at the same time is the Licorice root in it! This ingredient is not intended for prolonged use or it could cause a heart attack or arrhythmia of the heart. ON THE OTHER HAND... it would take several months for this to occur. Licorice root can be helpful with adrenal insufficiency disorder but can raise blood pressure and causes slight irritability. OVERALL... I love the product and is making a huge difference, but should warn people on the Licorice root. This almost all the suggested ingredients, more then any other brand. I've only taken this product maybe a week and a half and can already sense a change within my body. My sleep schedule was trash. Between 1-4 am consistently waking up, moody, easily agitated or angered, and stressed beyond the max. After taking this Adrenal Support I stay asleep, my mood is lighter, I have more patience, and things that used to stress me out no longer affect me. I took these for a week. They were good at calming my brain and relaxing me enough to fall asleep fast. But I could not deal with the gas and bloating anymore. I was hoping my body would adjust but it didn’t. I was extremely uncomfortable. This may be great for some, just not me! Worth a shot depending on your needs! Read more
