I’ve been taking this for about a month. Within two weeks of taking, I had a big presentation that I wasn’t too nervous for. Now I’m due for another presentation that I’m not nervous about at all. Anxiety has left the building. I take before work & have energy all day. Also, this made my period so much better. I didn’t feel any cramping, moodiness, not emotional hiccups.
