the vitamin D 5000 works good. it is a vitamin. the 5000 strength is hard to find. I was lucky to find this strength in a chewable on amazon. the taste is good. the vitamin's are easy to chew. I would get these again or something like it. since I need the higher strength of vitamin D. A good choice . for someone needing a chewable vitamin D. Read more
