I've got to give these give stars for actually opening up my nasal passage. If you have this kind of issue, these will work for you. If I attempt to breath in deep through my nose, my nose will collapse near the bridge of my nose and I start mouth breathing this is in my sleep). These actually reach high enough in my nose to prevent that. I had also tried the rhinomed sport turbine ones and those did not help. They couldn't reach as high as these (I tried medium and large sizes, but only needed the small for this brand). I will say if you're getting these for sleep that the clips which help keep them in your nose do a great job. However, these are slightly uncomfortable to me. I might try the regular version to get away from that, but do worry if they'll stay in while sleeping. I hope that with time my nose will become accustomed and stop hurting where those clips help keep it in. Read more

I bought these to replace my “basket” type nasal dilators (that are made of a soft silicone) because they fall out when I’m sleeping. This more rigid style looked like it would stay in place better. It does, but it hardly opens my nasal passage at all compared to the basket style. A generous estimate is that it makes a 5% to 10% difference in airflow, which isn’t worth the bother or the price. It also rigidly pokes against my turbinates making it uncomfortable when properly inserted. I wish I could return this product for a refund. Total waste of money. Read more

For night congestion. This style should work well but the size S is larger than any other size S in any other brands that I have used. Looked for a XS but so far no luck. If they had one I would definitely buy it. Will keep this item because I have tried to use it! Disappointed Read more

If you’re *desperate* for better airflow w/workouts, it does work. Otherwise, I would consider alternatives. I am a female with what I would consider a prominent, but not large, nose. It’s been broken a couple times, so deviated septum, etc. Anyway, I like this clip, the silicone material is great, but it goes a little too far up my nose for comfort, even in size small - which is irritating. A woman with a small nose, for sure, wouldn’t not be able to use this thing. PLEASE tell me y’all have an XS in the works? I like the “sport” clip which keeps it from sliding out - it mostly works. I bought it for sleep without realizing it’s a sports splint. It’s no good for sleep. My dreams incorporated a bloody nose which had cemented inside my nostrils, and that discomfort followed me through my entire dreamscape. I did use it on a dog walk and enjoyed having the full function of my right nasal passage though. Just, again, it climbed a little too far up for comfort & is just a little too bulky/presses firmly against my nasal passages, so that was irritating & my nose ran constantly for the entirety of the walk. These work great at keeping my nose open. From working almost 20 years in the medical field and having to wear the N-95 masks, the cartilage on the sides of my nose now cave in everytime I inhale through my nose. To help me breath easier at night, I slip these into my nose and stay put till next morning. It's effective and comfortable to wear as long as you use the right size. It comes in 2 sizes so try both to find the best fit for you. I tend to push the tips of mine towards the front too to help make more room for air to flow inside my nose. Easy to clean as well and comes in a cute little hard case for storage. Read more

for me, they work as advertised. Sometimes if I’m breathing really hard, I will dislodge it from my nose, but that’s under race conditions like when I’m rowing full force. below race conditions it definitely improves airflow through my nose, and I feel comfortable with it. Read more

Hurt quite a bit. I experienced probably 20% more airflow through the nose. Read more
