About this item

  • STOP SNORING: In 75% of cases snoring is caused by a narrowing in the nose. This narrowing causes vibrations in the nose that we humans recognize as snoring sounds. Because the Airmax increases the space for air, the vibrations disappear and the snoring sound is reduced.
  • IMPROVE AIRFLOW: With our Airmax nasal spreaders you can sleep peacefully! The Airmax dilators for breathing dilate the nose to improve airflow in a much more effective way than nasal strips for breathing do. Airflow is improved by an average of 76% when using the Airmax! It is suitable for daily use and provides sinus pressure relief. The breathing aid is safe and, once used to it, comfortable to wear. Getting used to the product can take up to 2 weeks.
  • REUSABLE: Every dilator can be used for two months and comes with a free storage box. Great if you want to take it with you, but also very hygienic! Rinse the nasal spreaders, clean them in warm water, and put them in the container.
  • SIZE: The set consists of two medium sized nasal dilator.
  • AIRMAX: Airmax is the only dilator that is fully supported by specialists and is ISO 13485 and CE certified. Available in two sizes, developed by ear, nose, throat specialist.

Customers find the nasal dilator works effectively, with one noting it's better than nose strips, and many report sleeping better and their husbands stopping snoring. Customers disagree on whether it stays in place all night, and while some appreciate its simple design, others express concerns about its quality.

I wish I could give this 6 stars

David WilsonJanuary 12, 2026

First of all, I am not a bot. I have tried just about every other nose/breathing product on the market. I have to say these Airmax dialators are amazing. Far more effective that Breath Right strips. I started with the small and moved up to the medium. They cause me no discomfort and I hardly notice they are in. I can see how some people might have some sensitivity at first but I think just about anyone could get used to them after a few nights. I wear them when biking and exercising now. Highly recomend. Pretty good for something you shove up your nose.

KathrynDecember 2, 2025

Works pretty good. I personally can't wear it more than one night in a row or it hurts my nose. But it does help me breathe, which helps me get better rest, I think. It pushes your upper nostrils out a bit and makes your nose sort of wide in a weird spot. Maybe it's not noticeable to others, but to me it is. Even so, and despite the orange color, it's not really that noticeable at all. In a dimly-lit room, no one would evven notice. Unless they're staring you right in the nostrils. In that case, question why they're so invested in your nose. Look at them like they're the weirdo for noticing, roll your eyes, and move on. Read more

a necessity

PDXDADJanuary 23, 2025

I see a lot of negative reviews so I wanted to share my own experience. I've tried a few different things to improve airflow while I sleep, including nasal strips and another brand of nasal dilator. This brand took a little getting used to but is my favorite by far. My partner tells me that I snore much less and sleep much better with a nasal dilator in than without. I started out with nasal strips but those didn't make any difference. The other brand of nasal dilator was a little more comfortable, but used a plastic that would wear out quickly. AIRMAX nasal dilators are made of a silicon-like material that seems to last a lot longer. There is some friction, so these were uncomfortable to wear at first and I would alternate brands to give my nostrils a break. Now I just buy these. I would recommend to try for anyone with a snoring problem. Read more

Didn't work. Ordered several dilators, this was the least effective.

oregonrunningguyNovember 21, 2025

Didn't work at all for me. I ordered several different styles of nasal dilators from Amazon, and this one eas the least effective. It was so bad, I never even tried wearing it to sleep. They simply didn't open up my airway as well as the other styles. I like the material they're made from, but the medium size didnt work at all for a 6ft 229lb male. Read more

Missing half the order

sJuly 23, 2025

4 or 5 stars from the one night I've used the product and how much better I breathed vs other nasal dilators. I slept much better and woke up feeling a lot better as well. It's a little weird at first but you rapidly forget it's in place as you drift off to sleep. 1 star for the shipment and what was included. I ordered the 2 pack and only received one unit. It came only in the plastic case in a clear bag and not in the sealed cardboard exterior packaging, which sometimes products come in different packaging than what's shown on the site. The case "felt" like it was sealed when I popped it open the first time (like the latch felt like it broke a sealed piece of safety plastic though I didn't look closely), but when I remembered this morning that it was supposed to be a 2 pack and the other was missing as well as the outside packaging I found myself starting to second guess myself there. Now I'm a bit concerned this was an open box return and this unit could have possibly been previously used by another customer and sent back. THAT is a REALLY scary thought, as that's a biohazard issue if that's the case... I thoroughly washed it with antibacterial soap prior to my first use as I would anything else like this, but still... ugh... Read more

Might work great for a smaller nose, not mine......

DeniseOctober 19, 2025

I use these dilators at night when sleeping, it helps some with snoring. These are well made and come with a nice container, but they fall out to easy at night. That is too bad, maybe I just have big snouts, I dunno, but these won't really work as I hoped for. I will try some different ones. Read more

More comfortable than Mute

LMcAugust 12, 2025

I had been having decent results with Mute, but after a few nights of wear it was starting to irritate the inside of my nose so I thought I'd check out the alternatives. This product is much more comfortable -- while the Mute resembles (and feels like) a twisted piece of cable tie, the soft rubber of the Airmax is much friendlier to the inside of my nose. It also looks sturdier and will probably hold up longer, saving money over time. I've only worn it a few nights and it seems to work as well. I know some people don't like the bright orange color, but I only wear it in the dark, not as a fashion statement, and this makes it much harder to lose, so I think the color is great for my purposes. Helps!

CandaceJanuary 17, 2025

I have had multiple nose surgeries and still can't breathe do to the shaping of inside my nose. I tend to panic when I can't get air. Although these are not perfect they are a life saver to me. I don't like the fact that they are orange. Why can't they be clear? I do wear it in public often and have gotten over the embarrassment. They allow air thru my nostrils that I otherwise wouldn't have. When I misplace this I freak out so have ordered multiple. The orange is a good color to find when misplaced. They are soft and you can't feel that it's in. I don't mine at a different angle and don't push up all the way. You will have to see what works for you. They are soft and flexible. All you do is wash them in water each day. The price is good considering g the relief it gives. Read more
