Got the smaller size and it really hurts my nose. It does the work, but not worth the pain. It is really uncomfortable and is burning my skin. Read more
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Even the smallest size hurt my nose. Very uncomfortable and painful. Did not use. Read more
Allergy hell is a little better with these things. My nose whistle has been defeated! Read more
My nose is crooked so that one side's nostril has a narrow opening. I consistently feel like I can't get air through the nostril, and I find it hard not to breathe through my mouth even when doing just brisk walking. After beginning to run regularly, I was looking for something to address my breathing problem. Between these dilators and nasal strips, I found these to be the better solution. Both products helped me to get much more air through my nose, but strips came off half the time. These dilators are more reliable than the sticky strips, and comfortable enough to wear for the duration of a race or a daily run. I'm going to buy a second one just to have another set around. This tended to fall out when I ran and didn’t open the airway as good as the nasal strips. Comfort was fine but not functional. I only used it for running. Read more
There is one in the package-I thought there would be two-but I'm happy with the dilator as it's a good fit, works better than the yellow ones I'd been using and is clear in color. I use it for hiking or running and sometimes sleeping as I have one side of the nasal passage partially collapsed. My hubs uses one every night for snoring and it helps-mouth tape works infinitely better. Read more
I wear breathing strips to sleep due to my constant allergies that swell my nose at night and those work pretty well for during the day. I prefer these for day wear since I wear makeup and this won’t take it off Read more
