I'm so glad that I purchased this. It's so soothing. It helps the oils in my eyes to release better, and it's also great if you have stuffiness in the sinus area. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this mask. It is made well. The strap is adjustable and holds the mask comfortably in place. The lavender scent is very nice, not overpowering. My only negative comment is I don't like the fact that you have to remove the insert to warm in the microwave. Read more

Very comfortable, not too hot. I would have expected to feel some moistness, but it's not moist. It smells good for short amounts of time. After having it sit next to me on the table when I wasn't using it, I prefer not having to smell it. Read more

It stinks for one thing and to much trouble to take it out of the bag to heat it and won't stay hot only a few minutes, for me it was a waste of money. Buy one that is better. Read more
