Relieving
My boyfriend bought me these to help treat my carpal tunnel pain. They're easy to wrap and attach to the wrist and keeps it's cool for a good period of time. It's comfortable and easy to wear and use. Definitely recommend if you're looking for some relief. Read more
Excellent for wrist injuries
I have a wrist injury that has caused me a lot of pain. It's been present for a while, even requiring surgery. I bought these ice packs to be able to ice my wrist after a long day at work or after OT. I love that I am able to wrap the ice completely around my wrist and keep one in the freezer. When one gets too warm, I trade it out for the fresh one in the freezer. It's much easier than using real ice that frequently leaks and is hard to actually surround the whole wrist. They don't stay cold for too long, but I probably get 20 to 30 minutes of true cold before I have to put it back in the freezer. Read more

Okay for the price
It’s okay. It works decently on the fabric side with the Velcro but if you flip it around for the non fabric side there is no way to secure it. Also it doesn’t stay cold long even after having had it freezing for 24 hours Read more
