I'm so glad that I purchased this. It's so soothing. It helps the oils in my eyes to release better, and it's also great if you have stuffiness in the sinus area. The covering is soft and comfortable on the eyes and it stays warm long enough to be an effective treatment. But it is a real hassle to pull the lining (that holds the seedsl) in and out. The zipper is just way too short! And the headband is also too short -holds the compress so tight, it is uncomfortable even when fully extended. Read more
